You'll be the creative engine behind multiple brands — designing assets, shaping campaigns, staying
ahead of trends, and gradually taking ownership of how we show up across every channel. This role
is built for someone who starts with strong design instincts and wants to grow into a marketing
strategist and team leader.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design across formats — produce scroll-stopping visuals for social media, digital ads, in-store collateral, and brand campaigns across all KC Group brands.
- Ideate and pitch campaigns — bring creative concepts to the table, from seasonal promotions to brand storytelling initiatives. You won't just execute — you'll co-create.
- Own content calendars — plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more).
