What You'll Do

• Plan and create engaging content for TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, write scripts, and ensure content aligns with the brand.
• Lead content production and manage the videographer and editor.
• Monitor content performance and optimize content based on insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute creative campaigns and maintain brand consistency.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, scriptwriting, or social media, preferably in an agency.
• Strong creative thinking, scriptwriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Leadership skills with experience managing creative teams (e.g., videographers and editors).
• Good understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content performance.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, CapC...
