JOB TITLE: CREATIVE AND WINDOWS MANAGER
REPORTS TO: HEAD OF COMMUNICATION
LOCATION: DUBAI
ORGANISATION UNIT: HERMES MIDDLE EAST
SCOPE OF JOB Middle East Region. The Creative and Windows Manager leads the design and execution of Hermes Windows for the Middle East.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Leads the Store Windows design and implementation in the region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain).
- Manages the Design & Production Executive, who owns the implementation of all windows in the region.
- Leads and develops his/her direct report by being an inspiring and expert leader as well as providing developing opportunities.
- Monitors the success of Window installations and focuses on continuous improvement, innovative ideas, and local collaborations to bring to life the Hermes vision in the Middle East.
