Role The Richemont Client Relations Centre (CRC) function supports multiple CRC teams across Southeast Asia, Australia, and Thailand. The team is responsible for performance reporting, digital tools documentation & development, capability building, and advisory support across Maison CRC operations - working at the intersection of data, technology, and client experience. This internship is a hands-on role supporting regional CRC operations during an active period of growth. The intern will contribute to live deliverables across four workstreams: analytics and reporting, systems and digital tools, capability development, and operational standards. The intern will work directly with the regional CRC lead and produce outputs that feed into real stakeholder processes.
