            Key Responsibilities:   Installation and Dismantling   Assemble and disassemble tower cranes, mobile cranes, and other heavy-lift machinery at job sites. 
Install mast sections, turntables, jibs, counterweights, and climbing frames. 
Perform jacking up or jacking down operations for tower cranes using hydraulic jacking systems. 
 Inspection and Testing   Conduct pre-erection inspections of crane parts and lifting gear. 
Ensure proper alignment and torqueing of bolts and structural connections. 
Assist in load testing and function checks as required. 
 Safety Compliance   Follow risk assessment, safe work procedures (SWP), and fall protection protocols. 
Ensure compliance with all MOM and site‑specific safety rules. 
Report safety incidents, hazards, or equipment defects immediately.
