• Overall experience of about 8+ years in Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation.
• Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies.
• Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc
• Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers
• Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent...
