Cover Supervisor

NJC Scale Point: 7 - 16

Salary: £19,947 to £23,056 per annum

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum

Responsibilities

• Provide effective cover supervision for absent teachers to ensure continuity of student education
• Support additional activities, including invigilation and administrative assistance
• Maintain a positive learning environment and support the welfare of students during cover periods
• Collaborate with the teaching team and support the Academy’s culture of outstanding success

Qualifications

• Good basic education to GCSE level, including English and Maths
• Previous experience working with young people, ideally within an educational environment
