  Job Description 
  Position Objectives: 
 The Course Leader Manager joins the fast paced CL Management Team in support of our mission to provide a world class on tour experience for our students through experiential learning and LEAP. The role of Course Leader Manager is responsible for managing domestic US Course Leaders--dynamic field educators, or tour guides--from recruitment to training, scheduling, and on program support. This role reports to the Director, Course Leaders.
  The key responsibilities for this individual will be: 
 Recruiting and interviewing prospective CLs
 Assist with CL Training development and execution
 Analyze data, budgets, and requests to determine CL scheduling
 Reinforce engagement strategies with CLs
 Collaborate with Curriculum and Academics to review/develop training materials
 Support all CLs on program
 Evaluate CLs in the field
