Job Purpose To lead and grow our TIC operations in the UAE ensuring operational excellence, safety, and profitability within the minerals/coal sector.
Key Responsibilities - Drive business development and retain key clients in the minerals/coal sector.
- Manage full P&L ensuring revenue targets and timely collections.
- Oversee lab operations ensuring 100% compliance with SOPs and fast turnaround.
- Ensure safety statutory compliance and adherence to ISO/internal standards.
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team.
