The Country Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, representation, operational oversight and overall management of Ayuda en Acción's presence in Uganda.
The position leads the development and implementation of the Country Strategy, ensuring alignment with the Organization's global priorities, regional frameworks and country-level opportunities. The Country Director drives sustainable impact through systems-based programming, market systems development (MSD), partnership building, resource mobilization and organizational excellence.
