Country & Business Development Lead - Poland


The Role


We are seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive growth for KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions (MTS) business in Poland.


Working as part of an expanding European team, you will play a key role in identifying and shaping new opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning our organisation as a trusted partner to the Polish armed forces and wider defence community.


Key Responsibilities
+ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Polish defence market
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with government, military and industry stakeholders
+ Represent MTS as the country lead for all direct commercial sales
+ Lead and support bid activity, from early positioning through to proposal submission
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming programmes
