Position Summary:

The Counselor serves as a member of the Treatment team of WestCare Tennessee. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Counselor to join our team. The Counselor will work in an outpatient clinic environment providing counseling, assessments, treatment plans, coordinated care, daily notes, and clinical support to individuals, including those with severe mental illness, substance use disorders (SUD), co-occurring conditions, and suicidal ideation. This hybrid position allows for flexibility with three days in the office and two days working remotely each week using Microsoft Teams in communication to the Director and team.
