proactive and detail-oriented Costing Engineer

with strong expertise in

Interiors

for corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate will lead cost estimation, quantity surveying, vendor management, and client coordination for end-to-end project delivery. This role demands the ability to balance cost control with quality, ensuring that projects are commercially sound, competitively priced, and executed with financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities
1. BOQ & Cost Estimation
Prepare accurate BOQs covering

civil, interior, and MEP works (coordination with consultant) based on GFC drawings, concept designs, and site scope.
Develop comprehensive cost estimates, budget benchmarks, and value engineering proposals.
Maintain an updated rate database for materials, vendors, MEP components, and market trends.
