Perform ocular inspection, materials quantity and cost estimation; prepare proposals and quotations.
Design, illustrate, execute, and seal and sign for Engineering plans within one's capacity as may be necessary.
Attend biddings and meetings with customers and suppliers.
Oversee projects as necessary and ensure works are done according to plans, budget, schedule and safety standards when necessary.
Monitor and Track Project Cost to ensure they align with Project budget
Evaluate Suppliers/Vendors Quotation vs Approved Unit Price of the materials or Scope of Work which reflected on the DUPA/ BOQ
Monitor subcontractors works and billings.
Prepare and Submit weekly and monthly cost monitoring report per project
Submit progress and incident reports.
Coordinate with the different office departments for concerns and requirements.
