            Job Description

Supervise daily cost control operations across all hotel departments.
Monitor inventory movements, stock counts, and cost of sales to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Review purchasing, receiving, and store procedures to maintain effective cost controls.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports and analyze variances.
Ensure accurate pricing and recipe costing for food and beverage operations.
Conduct regular inventory audits and support month-end closing activities.
Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Culinary, and Operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial procedures.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to operational costs.
Lead, coach, and develop the Cost Control team to maintain high performance and operational excellence.
