            Key Responsibilities:  Monitor and control food, beverage, retail, and operational costs 
Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations 
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs 
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports 
Review purchasing transactions and supplier pricing 
Monitor wastage, shrinkage, and stock movement trends 
Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Store Management teams 
Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement initiatives 
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies 
 Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 
Minimum 3-5 years of Cost Control experience within F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors 
Strong knowledge of inventory management, food cost analysis, and stock control procedures
