The Cost Accountant is responsible for cost control, cost analysis, and financial reporting to support manufacturing operations, month end closing and management decision-making. The role focuses on product costing, variance analysis, budgeting, and inventory control, ensuring accurate and timely cost information.

The Cost Accountant reports to Senior Cost Accountant, Malaysia.
3.RESPONSIBILITIES
Cost Analysis:
Cost simulation of new or existing product costing.
Perform variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) and investigate cost deviations.
Analyze production costs and finished goods valuation.
Support product costing, new product launches (NPI), and cost reduction initiatives.
Monitor and analyze material and machine efficiency and yield.
