Responsibilities Formulates institution supplements to ensure Bureau of Prisons (BOP) policy is properly implemented at the institution level in the area of case management. Provides technical assistance and serves as a resource for institution and administrative staff in case management and related areas. Assists with Case Manager training during the on-the-job training required at the time of their entry on duty in the position. Serves as a liaison with the U.S. Parole Commission, U.S. Probation Service and the federal courts.
