Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Associate (#1048) - Shanghai
Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate with four to six years of experience to join our Shanghai office. This associate will work on a range of corporate transactions including complex cross-border M&A, as well as, a wide variety of regulatory compliance, sanctions, CFIUS review and export control matters.

Qualified candidates will have:
- Mandarin Chinese native fluency and English fluency;
- U.S. bar admission;
- Four to six years of corporate transactional experience, including at least two years gained in the United States following admission to the bar, with a focus on cross-border M&A, at a large international law firm or a top Chinese law firm with a significant international practice;
- Candidates who have experience with regulatory compliance, sanctions, CFIUS review and export control matters are preferred;
