Previous experience as a Waiter, Butler, or Hospitality Attendant, preferably in a 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality, executive lounge, or corporate environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a warm, professional, and discreet approach
Ability to provide high-quality beverage and refreshment service while anticipating guest need
Knowledge of silver service or butler‑style service.
Basic understanding of coffee preparation, beverages, and dietary/allergy consideration
Experience in executive office or corporate hospitality is an advantage
