We are seeking a mid- to senior-level corporate attorney with M+A experience. This attorney will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their business goals through purchase, sale, and merger agreements. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of M+A experience with a leading corporate firm.

We prefer candidates with a background in accounting or finance, strong analytical skills, and a detailed understanding of market trends and valuation methods.

Compensation:$250,000 - $350,000 yearly base
