CSI strategy development and implementation. Responsible for developing the organisation’s corporate social investment strategy, identifying internal and external programs to be implemented, preparing an annual CSI action plan for ATNS, and collaborating with various functions to ensure proper implementation and process enhancement. Manages the funding application process with the CSI Committee, visits projects to ensure effective use and verifies existence of projects for risk mitigation, provides assistance with project launching events, and manages relationships with non‑profit organisations to identify collaboration opportunities.
