Responsibilities:


  • Managing board and shareholder meeting processes, board papers and minutes.

  • Maintaining statutory registers, delegations and governance records.

  • Supporting regulatory and corporate governance compliance.

  • Advising on signing authorities and board approvals.

  • Liaising with regulators, external counsel and senior stakeholders.

  • Supporting legal entity management activities across the group.

    • Requirements:

  • 15+ years’ PQE / equivalent experience.

  • Strong company secretarial and corporate governance expertise.

  • Experience serving as a Corporate Secretary in a highly regulated industry.

  • Excellent entity management and experience with regulated entities and complex corporate structures.
