Handle incorporation, submission to SSM/CCM, maintenance of statutory returns, and other related secretarial functions with minimal supervision.
Report to the company secretary and be responsible for the maintenance of secretarial records, statutory compliance, and preparation of resolutions, meeting papers, minutes, etc.
Provide effective support and assistance to company secretaries in discharging corporate secretarial activities and ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.
Handle telephone calls, enquiries, or requests appropriately.
Handle any other tasks assigned in a timely manner.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the management
Job Requirements
A good command of Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to handle clients from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Candidate must possess full or part ICSA / LLB qualification.
