Job Description
Advise clients on financial restructuring and insolvency matters, including Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, including restructuring agreements, bankruptcy filings, and related documents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs.Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support client cases and decision-making processes.Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in the professional services sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
