A true advisor's role working with one of the world’s largest advisory practices, advising a range of corporate and privately owned companies.

Responsibilities

• Assist businesses requiring turnaround through varying degrees of financial stress.
• Review the performance and viability of portfolio customers of major lenders, funders and private equity investors.
• Conduct Independent Business Reviews (IBRs) and recommend solutions.
• Advise companies on performance improvement, financial management and business turnaround.
• Handle formal insolvency assignments such as trading administrations when required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA (ICAEW, ICAS or ACCA)).
• Up-to-date corporate recovery/restructuring experience covering advisory services and formal appointments.
• Exceptional communication skills and business acumen.
