At Regions, the Corporate Relationship Specialist provides general administrative and sales support to Corporate Relationship Managers and renders an extraordinarily high level of services to corporate bank clients.
Primary Responsibilities
Acts as the primary point of contact for the Corporate Banking clients and managing all servicing requests related to the client’s overall banking relationshipPerforms daily support activities related to client relationships and keeping the respective Relationship Managers (RMs) informed of client activity and interactions, as appropriateResponsible for data integrity for the overall portfolio ensuring that discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely and efficient mannerEffectively communicates, internally and externally, to resolve client issues and concernsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing, fast paced environment
