We are seeking a decision scientist with corporate real estate experience that can aggregate complex data sets and turn them into predictive insights & modeling to help drive real estate optimization decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and scale a business intelligence framework for corporate real estate decision-making
Aggregate, analyze, and interpret data across real estate, HR, and finance functions
Develop models related to real estate utilization, occupancy planning, capital investments, and property depreciation
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders
Partner with strategic business leaders to guide decisions on workforce planning (attrition, hiring) and physical space optimization
