Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced corporate paralegal or law clerk to join a high performing collegial team and make an impact! The Corporate Paralegal will provide legal and administrative support to UPP’s Legal and Governance team in various areas of law and legal functions, including but not limited to investments, corporate, and legal operations.

This role is based in downtown Toronto under a hybrid work policy, allowing employees the flexibility to work remotely and in-office (min two days per week in-office).
