Managing autonomously your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis in the areas of Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate)
Preparing board and shareholders´ meetings
Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents
Following-up on client requests and taking part in client meetings
Providing ongoing legal services to your client portfolio
Liaising with notaries and international law firms
Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)
Your profile
You have at least 3 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer or in a similar position in Luxembourg
You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law
Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality
You show exceptional organizational skills and are able to multitask...
