Salary Range: $140,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually
We are seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team in Harley, ON, reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Services. In this role, you will provide strategic and practical legal support across our organization, including precast manufacturing, construction, and real estate development operations.
You will act as a key advisor to senior leadership, helping to manage legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support complex commercial and project-based transactions. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of construction and development environments , along with the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives.
