Your new role

As part of its plans for continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an additional partner to join its highly rated team. You will play a leading role in helping to take the department to the next stage. The firm has a well developed client roster that includes a number of larger corporates as well as SMEs. The work will mainly involve M&A although the firm also works on a number of private equity deals. Working across multiple departments, you will play a role in developing more junior members of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer operating at partner level with goodmunication skills. With a strong track record, you will have a portable client following.
