Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of corporate work that will include M&A as well as advice on shareholder agreements, joint ventures and corporate structuring. You will also advise on corporateernance matters. You can expect to work closely with the key partners in the team and gain excellent exposure to a good mix of clients. You will have the chance to play an active role in business development initiatives and will be able to forge long lasting relationships with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. With goodmunication skills, you should be able to work effectively within a team.
