Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and model insurable and non‑insurable risks across the organization.
• Design and analyze risk financing, retention and transfer strategies, balancing protection and cost efficiency.
• Participate in the structuring and evaluation of virtual captive solutions and ART mechanisms.
• Develop quantitative models to measure exposure, severity, frequency and the financial impact of risks.
• Define, analyze and monitor risk tolerance and risk appetite metrics, supporting management steering.
• Build scenarios, stress testing and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
• Review and optimize existing insurance programs (coverage, retentions, terms and cost efficiency).
