We are seeking an experienced Corporate Helpdesk Analyst to join our Corporate IT team in Pune. Reporting to the Director, Support Services, this role provides technical support to company end users by identifying, researching, and resolving a wide range of technical issues.
What you will work on
- Answer inquiries to the company IT Support Services via phone and company Support Portal.
- Resolve and document end-user incidents utilizing remote access tools and the Freshservice WMS.
- Support software includes: Windows 11, Server 2022, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Freshservice ticketing, Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Microsoft Teams, Go2Assist, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast.
- Configure desktop and laptop computers for end-users.
- Create and maintain Active Directory accounts, e-mail accounts, and group distribution lists.
