We are seeking a knowledgeable Corporate Governance Advisor to support the VP, Senior Corporate Counsel in managing and overseeing our . and Canadian entities. As Corporate Governance Advisor, your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with (insurance) regulatory requirements, business laws, advising on corporate governance best practices, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Our ideal candidate has a sound understanding of corporate governance principles, business law, and insurance regulatory compliance.
