Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide legal advisory support to the business and operational functions of the StarHub Group. Review, draft, negotiate and advise on commercial agreements and corporate transactions, including telecommunications, ICT and media matters; network infrastructure and wholesale arrangements; technology implementation and digital transformation projects; enterprise and consumer products and services; procurement, licensing and leasing matters; cloud and managed services agreements; and strategic partnerships and other commercial initiatives. Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the StarHub Group to ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, data protection and cybersecurity requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory obligations.Qualifications
