• c. Reconciliation of stock holding positions for FST clients
• d. Transfer of Shares Inward & Outward (Pre-matching client instruction)
• e. GBO updating on shares Transfer & Deposit
• f. Rightful claim

Preparation of month-end statements for FST clients.

Processing of proxy forms on behalf of Nominees clients for Annual & Extra Ordinary General Meetings.

Attending to other matters related to corporate actions, assisting Remisiers/Dealers on corporate action issues, and liaising with branches for all corporate action matters...
