The Manager, Corporate Accounting is responsible for the accounting for corporate transactions, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported. This role also involves collaborating with all corporate departments to properly account for corporate expenses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee the accounting for all third-party expenses for the corporate entity, working cross-functionally with all corporate departments to understand third-party vendor spend in order to ensure timely and accurate expense accruals.
+ Oversee all intercompany transactions with international counterparties including invoice processing, recording journal entries and sending wires to settle balances.
+ Administer CoStar lease accounting system.
+ Support accounts payable processing by coding invoices and managing approval workflows.
