Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of four (4) years of experience in systems administration, collaboration platforms, or infrastructure engineering.
Advanced administration and troubleshooting experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Groups), including configuration, security, and performance optimization.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms and services, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Microsoft 365.
Experience supporting enterprise email systems, including routing, security, and troubleshooting.
Experience with identity and access management tools (Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, SSO, conditional access).
