The Project Manager Contract will be accountable for all contractual matters during the life of the projects, from business opportunities to tender stage, contract negotiation, project execution and close out:

• Manage variation orders, time impact analysis, claims, litigations, if any; in close collaboration with the Project Manager
• Lead the review of the contract Terms and Conditions
• Prepare the necessary agreements, NDAs and any required contractual documentations
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize the project agreement with the assistance of the Head Office legal department
• Assist the Project team to set up all the required procedures, templates, … in order to ease the contract
• Advise and assist in the preparation and negotiation of any subcontract
