Client Migration Specialist (6 month contract)
Location:
Hybrid – 3 days office (Yorkville, Toronto) and 2 days from home. Includes travel to our London, Ontario office.
This role is a fixed term contract position with the expected end date of December 15th 2026.
The role
Leads clients through the full migration from legacy systems to our UK system, making the transition smooth and stress‑free.
Owns the onboarding journey from initial set‑up through to go live, ensuring everything is ready for success.
Acts as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and guiding clients every step of the way.
Delivers tailored one‑to‑one onboarding sessions to support, coach, and resolve any challenges.
Runs engaging group sessions and webinars to support clients at scale.
Develops deep platform expertise to confidently advise on best practice and workflows.
