MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support to various customers and colleagues;
  • Manage and update incoming requests in our system;
  • Participate in regional and provincial objectives related to after-sales services;
  • Perform installations of Kinova products;
  • Perform repairs on products in the field or at our offices;
  • Electronic defect analysis;
  • Soldering and repair of electronic components;
  • Mechanical repairs;
  • Open requests in the system and participate in problem analysis;
  • Work closely with internal partners to improve our products and services;
  • Train our customers, distributors and partners in the use and repair of our products, both in North America and Europe;
  • Participate in periodic follow-ups with customers;
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of internal processes;
