Responsibilities

  • To check new Purchase Order (PO) to supplier generated based on MRP run or shortages based on customer PO quantity.
  • Update & check customer OS PO against company stock status.
  • Liaise with customer and supplier on material delivery schedule.
  • Deal with customers & suppliers.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in any related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
  • At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing role.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility, good multitasking skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
