Position Description: K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for a Coordinator of Evans Competitive Advantage Program (Career), which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.

Duties:

Creates, organizes, executes, evaluates career development programs for all K-State Student-Athletes, with a focus on building relationships with employers, alumni, Varsity K Club letterwinners, community, and campus career resources

Provide oversight for the student-athlete internship and mentorship programs

Work to create and execute Career Tours to various employer locations and with various colleges within specific programs of study

Assist with career development workshops, including but not limited to, resume writing, networking events, mock interviews
