Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for mining support facilities (housing, camp, infrastructure).
Report directly to the Construction Superintendent and support overall construction milestones.
Manage and supervise the MEP team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.
Review and interpret MEP drawings and specifications; ensure proper implementation.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to integrate MEP works smoothly.
Monitor contractor performance, conduct inspections, and verify quality of MEP installations.
Perform quality control activities related to MEP works, including inspection, testing, and compliance verification.
Laise close communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders and other departments, ensuring construction progressing as per plan and target completion achieved.
