Position Purpose
Coordinates the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Advanced Academics and Gifted & Talented (G/T) programming across the district to ensure equitable access, rigorous instruction, and measurable student outcomes. Supports campuses in delivering coherent PK-12 advanced learning experiences, including G/T identification and services, Advanced Placement, and academic enrichment opportunities. Uses data-driven practices to increase participation, improve student performance, and expand pathways that contribute to college, career, and military readiness (CCMR) outcomes.
