Overview

Coordinator, Community Engagement (Tāmaki) – Full time, fixed term from June 2026 to December 2026. Salary band: $61,550 – $68,390.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager of Community Engagement and the team to engage effectively in the community.
• Ensure team members are at the right place, at the right times, with the right tools.
• Provide administrative support for the Manager and the Community Engagement team.
• Contribute to the delivery of timely and accurate reports, including managing various project reports and spreadsheets.
• Support the delivery of engagement activities in a digital environment.

• Strong communication and relationship skills, and knowledge of te ao Māori.
