Duties and Responsibilities
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct the various administrative and financial tasks in the research arm of the college, including budget development, and daily monitoring of assigned projects.Work with faculty, supporting them in a variety of pre- and post-award activities related to research and training grants.
PRE-AWARD:Assist with the preparation of grant applications and on-line research reporting requirements. The Research Coordinator:· Provides professional support for grant proposal preparation and acts as a liaison between the faculty and central offices for required university approvals;· Reviews proposals, interprets sponsor guidelines and generates budgets to ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines, applicable regulations and University policies;· Manages the intake, evaluation, tracking, and prioritization of grant opportunities, ensuring timely submissions and alignment with organizationa...
