We are looking for a skilled and experienced Traditional Food Cook Karak Tea Maker to join our cafe in Ajman.

Responsibilities

• Prepare traditional popular foods in Arabic and Indian cafeteria style.
• Make authentic Karak tea and various types of tea and hot beverages.
• Prepare sandwiches, paratha, and light cafeteria items.
• Ensure high quality, consistency, and presentation of food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UAE cafeterias or similar environment.
• Strong skills in making Karak tea and traditional foods.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle busy orders.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
